REPAIR OF B-52 CONECT

This is a notice of intent that AFSC/PZABA anticipates issuing a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) requirements type BEQ contract and an optional one-year contract extension (Four-One year Ordering Periods). This is for the repair and Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) services to support the B-52 CONECT program for three National Stock Numbers (NSNs) and. The requirement encompasses the repair of various B-52 CONECT components. The contract will contain the following National Stock Numbers (NSN) and Quantity: National Stock Number (NSN) Quantity 5821-01-657-6453CX 171 5821-01-657-6452CX 18 5821-01-664-4605CX 20 Non-Recurring Eng 1 The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Honeywell International INC, Inc., Cage: 07187, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to contract repair of parts from additional sources. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. The intended source for this acquisition is: Honeywell International Inc. 21333 N 19th Ave Phoenix, Arizona 85027-2764 CAGE: 07187 Specifications, plans, or drawings related to this procurement are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. If the Contracting Officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels.
