U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Detroit Sector intends to negotiate a Sole Source Fixed Price Blanket Puchase Agreement with DTE Electric Company, 1 Energy PLZ, Detroit, Michigan 48226, for Camera Installation/Deinstallation Services for systems located on DTE Energy Poles in Southeastern Michigan.
