AMENDMENT 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to address industry questions and update impacted sections of the solicitation and its attachments (as affected by responses to the questions/feedback). The Solicitation Q and A, inclusive of Government responses, is provided as a separate attachment with Amendment 0002. Additional changes to the solicitation as a result of Government review during industry comment adjudication are also made in Amendment 0002.
