The Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA), has made awards, on a competitive basis with a partial set-aside for small businesses, for the Zone 1 - Continental United States (CONUS) Army Watercraft Sustainment Maintenance (AWSM) requirement. This effort consists of modifications, modernizations, and On-Condition Cyclic Maintenance (OCCM) efforts for the U.S. Army?s fleet of vessels.
