An award was made to CMPIC, LLC.The rationale as indicated in the attached Sole Source Justification is CMPIC, LLC is the only provider of comprehensive training that meets the needs of NAVSUP WSS. Their training ranges from the basic to advanced and covers various certifications depending on how the Activity deals with CM in its enterprise.
