PRE-SOLICITATION OFFUTT AFB FITNESS INSTRUCTOR BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT 55 CONS/PKB – FA4600 106 PEACEKEEPER LN, STE 2N3, OFFUTT AFB, NE 68113 14 April 2026 Product/Service Code: U099 NAICS Code: 812990 Place of Performance: Offutt AFB, Nebraska Proposed Solicitation Number: Will be orally solicited outside of SAM.gov Closing Response Date: 29 April 2026 Proposed Solicitation Period: Oral solicitation will be sent within 3 weeks of response date Proposed Set-Aside: 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside DESCRIPTION The 55 FSS has an ongoing requirement for the acquisition of instructors to lead 20 high quality fitness classes per week, 50 weeks out of the year. Classes will not be hosted during the 2 weeks around the Christmas and New Year holidays. The delivery of any or all, at differing quantities, of the following classes must be available per order of these BPAs: 0001 – Strength and Stretch 0002 – Everyday Athlete 0003 – Body Sculpt and Strength 0004 – HIIT/Tabata 0005 – Cycling 0006 – Yoga 0007 – Pilates 0008 – Zumba 0009 – Barre 0010 – Cardio and Core 0011 – STEP Fitness The contractor will provide a suggested quarterly schedule no later than 2 weeks prior to the start of each quarter (1st Quarter: 15 December; 2nd Quarter: 15 March; 3rd quarter: 15 June; 4th quarter: 15 September). Services must be available IAW the PWS. Please see the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for more details on the scope of the proposed solicitation. The total ordering period for these upcoming BPAs will be a five year ordering period from the date of award. Delivery will be made to Offutt AFB, Nebraska. Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and be a Small Business concern to be considered for award.
