Astoria FRC Homeport, PHASE 2 (Design-Build)

ASTORIA FRC HOMEPORT, Phase 2 This Design-Build construction services project was solicited to the NMACC Ill, Unrestricted Pool 1 contract holders. The successful offeror is an NMACC Ill contract holder. The firm fixed price award is for the construction of facilities to accommodate the homeporting of Fast Response Cutters (FRC). The new facilities consist of a fixed pier, two floating docks, and a new Maintenance Weapons Division (MWD) cutter support facility. The work includes demolition of existing facilities, in-water dredging, utilities, and site improvements.
