BRAND NAME NOTICE OF INTENT

The U.S. Embassy Bogota, General Services Office, intends to award a sbrand name order for office supply and installation in a CAA space. Justification for Sole Source: This procurement is being conducted in accordance under the statutory authority of FAR 6.302-1: Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, this as the US Embassy Bogotá has officially controlled its office furniture inventory to a specific make of furniture to maximize efficiency, compatibility, and safety. Mepal SAS is the only vendor that currently has met the furniture, layout and office space concept also, Mepal SAS - is uniquely qualified brand that meets the required design and quality level. Response Information: Any interested party that believes it can provide Mepal office furniture- Supply and installation and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement.
