Chiropractic Adjusting Table

The Dayton VA Medical Center (VAMC) has a requirement for Chiropractic Adjusting Tables. The requirement is for two each Lloyd Galaxy 900HS (Lloyd P/N 6722102, Or Equal), each with the following options: Manual Straight Drop Head and Manual Pelvic Drop. The Dayton VAMC also requires four each Operation/Service Manuals. SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS: For those vendors quoting an “Or Equal” part, the Request for Quotation (RFQ) states the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics of the brand name item that an “equal” item must meet or exceed to be acceptable for award.
