Amendment 1 to this solictation posted on 18 Sep 2026. Please see attached SF30 for details. Institute of Pacific Island Forestry landscape maintenance at the Office building grounds. The purpose of this contract is to have frequent mowing, weeding, and general lawn maintenance year-round at the Institute of Pacific Island Forestry Laboratory. In the past the Institute of Pacific Island Forestry had a full-time maintenance work that did the mowing, and general grounds cleanup, but the position is currently is vacant. There was also a landscape company that did the general lawn maintenance, but the contract expired was not renewed. When proposals are similar in technical capability and price, contractors local to Hawaii that submit a proposal, receive preference. See attachments for full details. All questions are due in writing no later than 1000 Pacific on 15 September 2026.
