LMI INC, 111 W ANDERSON LN STE E365, AUSTIN TX 78752-1132, The Government evaluated the proposal in accordance with the evaluation criteria set forth in the solicitation. Discussions were not conducted for this procurement. The Government determined LMI provided the best benefit to the Government considering price, past performance, and technical approach IAW 52.212-2 Evaluation Factors.
