*Amendment 0002 is issued to provide the attached revised Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated September 01, 2026. Contractors are directed to submit revised technical and cost volumes in response to this revised PWS.*The objective of this task order is to provide all services under theEnvironmental and Munitions Response Restricted (EMR2) Multiple Award Task OrderContract (MATOC) necessary to remove Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC) andMaterial Potentially Presenting an Explosive Hazard (MPPEH), to include Munitions Debris(MD), and provide construction support services in the specified areas of Fort Jackson NationalCemetery (FJNC) at Columbia, South Carolina.
