Description
This action was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. Environmental consulting services to provide National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) support by analyzing potential impacts associated with infrastructure improvements included in the CAFB Installation Development Plan (IDP). The primary tasking of the contract will involve the completion of an Environmental Assessment to evaluate potential impacts resulting from the IDP infrastructure improvements.
