***Amendment one includes RFI answers and an update to the specification sheet.*** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA255026Q0063 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for 50 FSS Fitness Equipment. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. See attached Sepcification Sheet for specific information on the items related to this requirement. Delivery date and location: This will be FOB Destination. There is no requirement for delivery date. Vendors are to propsoe their delivery terms. Delivery location is 210 FALCON PKWY STE 2109 SCHRIEVER SFB, CO 80912-5006 United States. See attached PDF titled "Provisions and Clauses" for the list of provisions and clauses. Evaluations Criteria can be found in the Provisions and Clauses attachment under RFO 52.212-2.
