Portable Pier-Class Power Distribution Center (PDC) with Integrated Transformation

Joint Base Lindsey Graham, SC is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) for the procurement and delivery of one (1) Portable Pier-Class Power Distribution Center (PDC) with Integrated Transformation (Portable Pier Electrical Service Panel) in accordance with the attached Salient Characteristics (see Atch-01). This requirement includes brand-name or equal Duraline cam-locking connectors, Hubbell receptacles, and Legrand Pass & Seymour receptacles—as these exact models are currently integrated into and utilized by existing shore-to-ship power infrastructure. All quotations must be submitted electronically via email directly to the Contract Specialist, Lt Hamilton ([email protected]), and the Contracting Officer, Taylor McDaniel ([email protected]), no later than Monday, 28 September 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time. Please refer to FAR 52.212-1 and FAR 52.212-2 within the attached SF 1449 for complete submission instructions and the specific evaluation criteria that will be used to determine the best value to the Government.
