Specialty Room Remodel

The Treasury Office of Inspector General (TOIG) requires the remodeling and upgrading of specialty rooms for the upcoming move to TOIGs new facilities. TOIG intends to make an award on a sole source basis to NVE, 13800 Coppermine Road, Suite 301 Herndon, VA 20171. The period of performance will be for a 12-month base period. TOIG is moving from its current location to Constitution Ave Subject to final approval, TOIG intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), to NVE for the remodel and painting of the rooms. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information, or a copy of the solicitation, will not be considered an affirmative response to this Special Notice. Telephone responses or inquiries to this Special Notice will NOT be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. TOIG will consider responses to this request and shall be submitted on or before 10:00 a.m. ET on September 23, 2026. Responses must include sufficient evidence that clearly shows your company can provide the requirements described in this notice. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete with the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no written response is received by the deadline that clearly demonstrates an ability to meet all requirements, and that is more advantageous to the Government, TOIG will make award on a sole source basis to NVE. The following file extensions are not allowable, and application materials/data submitted with these extensions cannot be considered: .bat, .cmd, .com, .exe, .pif, .rar, .scr, .vbs, .hta, .cpl, and .zip files. Microsoft Office compatible documents are acceptable. No other information regarding this Special Notice will be provided at this time. This notice does not restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. All vendors responding to this notice are advised that their response is not a request that will be considered for contract award. Responses will be shared with the federal government agencies as part of market research for fulfilling future similar requirements.
