Contract Award Notice Solicitation Number: 47PJ0025R0058 Title: Alcan Land Port of Entry Modernization and Expansion Project – Tok, Alaska The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service, has awarded Contract No. 47PB5326C0006 resulting from Solicitation No. 47PJ0025R0058 for the Design and Construction of the Alcan Land Port of Entry Modernization and Expansion Project located in Tok, Alaska. The contract was awarded to: Davis Constructors & Engineers, Inc. Contract Award Amount: $469,907,906.98 This procurement was conducted using negotiated procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15. Award was made on a best-value tradeoff basis consistent with the evaluation criteria established in the solicitation. The contract provides for the design and construction of the modernization and expansion of the Alcan Land Port of Entry, including demolition of existing facilities, construction of new port of entry facilities, supporting infrastructure, utilities, housing, and associated site improvements.
