ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE SOURCE AND NO OTHER SUPPLIES OR SERVICES WILL SATISFY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS. ONE TIME BUY (OTB), COST PLUS FIXED FEE (CPFF) EFFORT CONTRACT VALUE: $97,947,919.96 THE PURPOSE OF THIS REQUIREMENT IS TO PROVIDE SUPPORT RELATED TO THE RETROFIT INSTALLATION OF THE PRODUCT MANAGER BRADLEY FIGHTING VEHICLE SYSTEMS (PDM BFVS) POST-PRODUCTION ENHANCEMENTS IN SUPPORT OF THE PROJECT MANAGER (PM) MOUNTED ARMORED VEHICLE (MAV).
