Request for Quote Requirements To ensure your quote is considered, please provide the following information: 1. Product Details: Specify the product you are offering, including its part number if applicable. Include a comprehensive specification sheet (e.g., Data Sheet, Tech Specs, Cut Sheet) for the item you are proposing. 2. Pricing: Your Unit Cost must include all shipping and freight charges. Do not list shipping/freight separately. Quotes based on FOB Origin will be rejected. 3. Delivery: Clearly state your proposed delivery lead time (e.g., "30 days ARO"). 4. Company Information: Provide your Company's Cage Code (from SAM.gov) for our reference. 5. Invoicing and Payment: Invoicing and payment will follow clause 252.232-7006. Payment will be made only after proof of delivery. 6. Submission Requirements: Sign Block 30a and Print your Name in Block 30b on the attached solicitation. This is mandatory for your quote to be considered responsive. 7. Evaluation Factors: For a complete list of all factors used to evaluate quotes, please refer to clause 52.212-2.
