Description
The Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) competitively awarded two Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with Firm Fixed Prices Contract Line Items for the solicited Aircraft Pilot Training requirements under CBP Solicitation# 70B02C26R00000001. The two awardees are HeliStream, Inc and FlightSafety International. HeliStream, Incorporated will provide Aircraft Pilot Training Services for Light Enforcement Helicopters which was a partial small business set aside under the solicitation. The training consists of Initial and Recurrent Training for the following aircraft: Eurocopter AS350 (B2, B3), and AS350 Night Vision Goggle (NVG) option. There are five ordering periods which will commence August 20, 2026 through August 19, 2031. The total estimated Ceiling contract price is $17,352,963.24.
