Ward Diesel "No Smoke" direct source diesel exhaust filtration system

"Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this pre-solicitation until funds are available. The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to award a sole-source contract to Ward Diesel for a NO SMOKE DIRECT SOURCE DIESEL EXHAUST FILTRATION SYSTEM IAW the attached Salient characteristics. Sources interested in responding to this notice should submit a capability statement that includes technical data, cost information, sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to meet the requirement. Capability statements are due no later than 28 SEP 2026 by 5:00 PM CDT. Capability statements shall be submitted by email ONLY as a Microsoft Word Document or Adobe PDF attachment to [email protected] and [email protected] . Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of quotes. Registration requires applicants to have a Unique Entity ID Number. This pre-solicitation will be available ONLY via the Internet at the following address: http://sam.gov. NO paper copies of the pre-solicitation will be furnished.
