This is a sole source firm fixed price award for Personnel Action Request (PAR), Pay, & Electronic Official Personnel File (eOPF) Services in supportof USDA, Forest Service Human Resource Management (HRM). The award was to GovStrive under a limited source justification as a logical follow-on for work withinscope against a GSA contract Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The contractor shall provide personnel and payroll processing services to USDA Forest Service (FS) employees in accordance with United States Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) regulations, The Guide to Processing Personnel Actions and any subsequent versions of this guidance.
