RevolveAir Replacement

RevolveAir breathing-air system capable of filling cylinders at pressures up to 6,000 PSI. The requirement includes a standard-base RevolveAir Fill Station with a stationary fill panel, four-bank automatic cascade system, four 20-foot fill hoses, CGA adapter, wall rack for four to six cylinders, UN 6,000 PSI cylinders with CGA 702-25SE valves, custom collar rings with fitting kits, and quick-connect adapters compatible with MSA G1 4,500/5,500 PSI cylinders and MSA/Dräger couplings. The system must include a four-stage, 10 HP PivotAir compressor rated for 6,000 PSI/414 BAR and configured for 208–230V, single-phase, 60 Hz power, along with a CO monitor, calibration kit, and 25-foot supply hose.
