Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst, NJ, awarded a Delivery Order (DO) under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0038322GZW01 with Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation, CAGE Code: 73030, for the procurement of various pieces of Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) in support of the KC-130J and E-2 Programs (See Attachment 1). This order was awarded on a sole-source basis in accordance with FAR 6.103-1, 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement was synopsized under Notice ID N6833526R1049.
