The Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground- Fort Belvoir, 10205 Burbeck Road Fort Belvoir, VA 22060, awarded a sole source, firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order for the procurement of HID Global Corporation NCITE Vetting Service and NCITE Kiosks Software Subscriptions, to the sole proprietor of the product.
