Black River Systems Company (BRSC) is the sole manufacturer and provider of the propitiatory c-SUAS equipment that is currently in use at Joe Foss Field for. The software, sustainment and upgrade being provided under this requirement can only be provided by BRSC due to the proprietary system. Notice of intent to sole source and Sole Source J&A were posted.
