CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER (CDC) at US Coast Guard Base Kodiak This Design-Build construction services project was solicited to the NMACC Ill, Unrestricted Pool 1 contract holders. The successful offeror is an NMACC Ill contract holder. The firm fixed price award is to design and construct a new CDC with capacity for school age classrooms, outdoor play areas, and parking. The work includes demolition of existing obstructions, new utilities, site improvements, environmental tasks, permitting, paving, fire prevention systems, and building security.
