The period of performance consisted of one (1) base year and four (4) option years, with an additional optional six (6)-month extension. The requirement was awarded on a sole-source basis to Albeiro Energy, LLC. The Sole Source Justification is attached for reference and provides the supporting rationale for the sole-source award.
