Forensic Vehicles

Post-Award Justification Notice Pursuant to GSAR 538.7104-3(b)(3): The U.S. Customs and Border Protection has awarded a Delivery Order to Tech Ops Specialty Vehicles, 218 Log Canoe Circle, Stevensville, MD 21666 for the procurement of three turnkey special purpose vehicles configured as Mobile Exploitation Response Vehicles to support Air and Marine Operations technical exploitation programs. The vehicles will function as mobile digital forensic and technical exploitation workspaces, allowing AMO personnel to deploy field-based exploitation capabilities without relying on ad hoc workspace, power, or network infrastructure provided by partner agencies or other facilities. This action was executed under the authority of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Subpart 8.4 and GSAR 538.7104-3(b)(1)(ii): Only one source is capable of providing the products, services, or solution required at the level of quality required because the products, services, or solutions are unique or highly specialized.
