Note: Bidders with the verbage "Disqualified" in the bid securty section of the OF 1419 did not submit the required bid bond/offer guarantee and thus their bids were disqualified. For future opportunites ensure you read and understand sections L and M of the solicitation (SF 1442). For an individual debrief contact the Contracting Officer ONLY no later than 18 February 2026.
