This contract was not awarded competitively. Sole source award to Edge Ops, LLS for Project SAFE HAVEN, analytic support services. An approved Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition using the statutory authority of 41 U.S.C 3304 implemented by RFO 6.103-1: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements can be found on www.sam.gov for this award. The award is firm-fixed-price for services for a 12-month period of performance from April 22, 2026 – April 21, 2027.
