NHTIC HEATING COOLING PUMPS 2026

The Bureau of Land Management¿s National Historic Trails Interpretive Center requires the removal and replacement of four heating and cooling system pumps, associated motors, and five Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). Work includes disposal of existing equipment, installation of new pumps and VFDs, integration with the Johnson Controls Metasys building automation system, and completion of a certified third¿party Testing and Balancing (TAB) process. Contractors must hold transferable journeyman plumbing and electrical licenses and adhere to all applicable codes. The performance period is 210 days, with required submittals including equipment data, TAB reports, Metasys system reports, safety plans, schedules, and O&M documentation.
