WA-FWS WINTHROP NAT WELL PUMP REPAIR In accordance with FAR Part 12.102(a) Restricting competition, the United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), on behalf of the FWS Clark R Bavin National Fish and Wildlife Refuge intends to issue a sole source award to the following contractor: Irrigation Technology & Control Inc has extensive experience managing service for the Turbine Pump system and Maintenance for agency clients and thus has the exact skills needed for this project. Irrigation Technology & Control Inc has the expertise for the exact types of systems referenced here, has extensive experience managing the Turbine Pump system and Maintenance repairs and upgrades necessary to keep the machine repairs that match our requirements. This is not a solicitation for competitive proposal. No solicitation document is available. All responsible sources that have determined that they can provide the same products may submit product information and a capabilities statement that speaks to the products the US Fish and Wildlife Services are seeking in this proposed acquisition. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
