AMENDMENT 0002 (September 23, 2026): RFQ IHS1527629 is hereby amended to provide Government responses to questions received in response to the RFQ and to revise and replace Attachment 1 – Performance Work Statement (PWS) in its entirety. The quotation due date remains September 25, 2026 at 8:00 AM Eastern Time. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. See attached Amendment 0002. ------------------------------------------ AMENDMENT 0001 (September 22, 2026): RFQ IHS1527629 is hereby amended to extend the quotation due date from September 23, 2026 at 8:00 AM Eastern Time to September 25, 2026 at 8:00 AM Eastern Time. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. See attached Amendment 0001. ------------------------------------------ The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Assistant Secretart for Financial Resources (ASFR), Office of Mission Acquisition Solutions (OMAS), on behalf of the Indian Health Service (IHS), is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for an Optimized Storage and Replenishment Solution. The requirement is for a brand-name-or-equal solution to the BlueBin 2-Bin Kanban System to support medical-supply storage and replenishment operations at Gallup Indian Medical Center in Gallup, New Mexico. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The Government intends to issue one firm-fixed-price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures for commercial products and commercial services. The complete requirement, quotation instructions, evaluation criteria, pricing schedule, Performance Work Statement, and applicable wage determination are included in the attached RFQ and attachments. Quotations are due no later than 8:00 AM Eastern Time on September 23, 2026, and shall be submitted electronically in accordance with the RFQ instructions.
