Description
Provision of a secure, read-only commercial Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) capability to establish internal operational visibility across the Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM’s) vendor, contract, and workforce dependency structure. The system must perform metadata-based normalization and redundancy detection across OPM-specific systems, specifically including the Financial Management Modernization Initiative (FMMI) and USA Staffing, without requiring source system writes, reauthorization, or infrastructure replacement.
