The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 1 (NCO 1), has awarded Contract No. 36C24126P0569 to Becton, Dickinson and Company for the procurement of BD FACSLYRIC IVD Flow Cytometers in support of the West Roxbury VA Medical Center. This requirement was awarded on a sole?source basis due to the proprietary nature of the equipment and the manufacturer’s exclusive ability to provide these systems. The award was made as an open?market, firm?fixed?price purchase in accordance with FAR Part 12 for commercial medical equipment.
